Application of provisions re collection of gametes
Known as the Connecticut Parentage Act
The act spans §§ 46–46 (114 sections).

(a) The provisions of sections 46b-542 to 46b-547 , inclusive, apply only to gametes collected on or after January 1, 2022.
(b) The provisions of this section do not apply to gametes collected from a donor whose identity is known to the recipient of the gametes at the time of the donation.
