As used in sections 46b-577 to 46b-580 , inclusive, foreign parentage judgment means any judgment, decree or order of a court of any state in the United States, other than a court of this state, in an action which results in a final determination on the issue of parentage except any such judgment, decree or order obtained by default in appearance.
