Conn. Gen. Stat. § 4b-59

(Formerly Sec. 4-134e). Commissioner to adopt regulations

The commissioner shall adopt regulations in accordance with chapter 54 to carry out the purposes of sections 4b-56 to 4b-59 , inclusive.
