Conn. Gen. Stat. § 52-432

Judge not to be auditor or committee

(1949 Rev., S. 8175; P.A. 82-160, S. 166.) History: P.A. 82-160 substituted “may” for “shall”.

No judge whose salary is paid by the state may be appointed as an auditor or committee in any civil action.
