Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act

Known as the Uniform Partition of Heirs' Property Act

The act spans §§ 52–52 (23 sections).

The provisions of sections 52-503f to 52-503q , inclusive, modify, limit and supersede the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 USC Section 7001 et seq., but do not modify, limit or supersede Section 101(c) of said act, 15 USC Section 7001(c), or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in Section 103(b) of said act, 15 USC Section 7003(b).
