Conn. Gen. Stat. § 52-561a

Damage by domestic fowls

(1971, P.A. 871, S. 49.)

Any owner or keeper of domestic fowls who allows them to trespass upon the premises of another person shall be liable to the owner or occupant of such premises for all damage done by such fowls.
