Short title: Corrupt Organizations and Racketeering Activity Act

Known as the Corrupt Organizations and Racketeering Activity Act

The act spans §§ 53–53 (12 sections).

This chapter shall be known as the “Corrupt Organizations and Racketeering Activity Act” and may be cited as “CORA”.
