Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-148x

For the purposes of sections 7-148j , 7-148k , 7-148bb , 7-148ii and 7-152b , “electronic equipment” means any technology that facilitates real-time communication between two or more individuals, including, but not limited to, telephonic, video and other conferencing platforms.
