Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-87

Ineligibility for office

(1949 Rev., S. 605; 1953, S. 243d; P.A. 82-11, S. 10, 12.) History: P.A. 82-11 deleted the prohibition against a justice of the peace being a constable.

No judge, except a judge of probate, shall hold the office of constable.
