(a) Upon an affirmative vote of DEFAC, the Department of Finance and other State agencies shall provide data, assistance, detailed financial reporting, and analysis support to DEFAC. The data and assistance may include statistics, reports, projections, and testimony.
(b) Upon a request of the chair and the Secretary of the Department of Finance, the Department of Finance and other State agencies, as appropriate, shall provide staff support and reasonable financial support for the activities of DEFAC.
