As used in §§ 8727, 8728, 8729, and 8730 of this title:
(1) “Council” means the Delaware State Arts Council created by this chapter.
(2) “Director” means the Director of the Division of the Arts.
(3) “Division” means the Division of the Arts.
(4) “State” means the State of Delaware.
