The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is authorized to charge the following fees for copies of its personnel files:
(1) Copies, per page..........$0.50.
(2) Certified copies, per page..........$1.00.Fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the General Revenue Fund.
