Attorney’s fees and costs under s. 121.23(2)(a); funding

Known as the Florida Retirement System Act

The act spans §§ 121.011 to 121.78 (68 sections).

There is appropriated from the Florida Retirement System Trust Fund sufficient funds, not to exceed $300,000 annually, to pay attorney’s fees and taxable costs as directed by the State Retirement Commission in accordance with s. 121.23(2)(a).
