Separate series of bonds; rates of interest

Known as the Advance Refunding Law

One resolution may provide for several separate series of refunding bonds. Each of such series and separate bonds of the same series may have different terms and provisions from the others. The same bonds may bear different rates of interest at different times. Bonds issued for the purpose of refunding accrued interest may be non-interest-bearing or may bear a lower rate than other bonds of the same series as may be provided in the resolution.
