Unlawful use of money in election to change county seat

Any person using money, goods or chattels in any election to change the county seat of any county, to secure votes or influence for any place as the county seat of any county in this state, shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
