Shore erosion emergency

Known as the Coastal Zone Protection Act

The act spans §§ 161.011–161.76 (67 sections).

If a shore erosion emergency is declared by the Governor, the state, acting through the department, may spend whatever state funds are available to alleviate shore erosion.
