Treatment of special districts

Known as the Uniform Special District Accountability Act

The act spans §§ 189.01 to 189.082 (55 sections).

History.--s. 53, ch. 2014-22.

For the purpose of s. 196.199(1), special districts shall be treated as municipalities.
