Stamps or tags

Whenever under the law, stamps are now required to be used in connection with inspection fees, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is authorized to use and direct the use of either stamps or tags as it shall determine to be for the best interest of the state, and all laws or regulations now applicable to such stamps shall be applicable to tags whenever used instead of stamps under such direction of the department.
