Fla. Stat. § 24.117

Unlawful sale of lottery tickets; penalty

Known as the Florida Public Education Lottery Act

The act spans §§ 24–24 (28 sections).

Any person who knowingly:

(1) Sells a state lottery ticket when not authorized by the department or this act to engage in such sale;

(2) Sells a state lottery ticket to a minor; or

(3) Sells a state lottery ticket at any price other than that established by the department;is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
