Approval required to issue bonds

Known as the Higher Educational Facilities Financing Act

The act spans §§ 243–243 (51 sections).

The authority is created for the purpose of promoting higher education and issuing bonds on behalf of the state, and the Governor may approve any bonds issued by the authority which require approval under federal law.
