Any proprietor, manager, or employee of any theater or other public place of entertainment or amusement within this state who discriminates against any person lawfully wearing the uniform of any branch of the military or naval service of the United States or of the state, because of that uniform, commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
