When authorized or directed by the Governor, the Florida National Guard may assist federal law enforcement agencies in interdicting the importation of controlled substances into this state. When so authorized or directed, the Florida National Guard shall be deemed to be a state investigative law enforcement agency and shall be authorized to receive property and revenues pursuant to 19 U.S.C. s. 1613b(a)(3)(f).
