Fla. Stat. § 253.035

Coastal anchorage areas

On or after January 1, 1993, if an anchorage area at a deepwater port has been formally designated by the United States Coast Guard, it shall be unlawful for commercial vessels waiting to enter the port to anchor outside the anchorage area.
