Boards authorized to replace buildings destroyed by fire

Known as the Florida Building and Facilities Act

The Department of Management Services or any board or person having the direct supervision and control of any state building or state property may have rebuilt or replaced, out of the proceeds from the fire insurance on such buildings or property, any buildings or property owned by the state, which may be destroyed in whole or in part by fire.
