The lands, rights and privileges granted to, and conferred upon, the state by the Act of Congress entitled “An Act granting public lands in alternate sections to the States of Florida and Alabama, to aid in the construction of certain railroads in said states,” approved May 17, 1856, are accepted upon the terms, conditions and restrictions in said Act of Congress.
