Riding in house trailers

Known as the Florida Uniform Traffic Control Law

No person or persons shall occupy a house trailer while it is being moved upon a public street or highway. A violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a nonmoving violation as provided in chapter 318.
