Certain vehicles prohibited on hard-surfaced roads

It is unlawful to operate upon any hard-surfaced road in this state any log cart, tractor, or well machine; any steel-tired vehicle other than the ordinary farm wagon or buggy; or any other vehicle or machine that is likely to damage a hard-surfaced road except to cause ordinary wear and tear on the same. A violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a moving violation as provided in chapter 318.
