Employing unlicensed driver

Known as the Florida Nonresident Violator Compact Act

The act spans §§ 322–322 (119 sections).

No person shall employ as a driver of a motor vehicle any person not then licensed to operate such vehicle as provided in this chapter. Violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction subject to the penalty provided in s. 318.18(2).
