Testing vessels and vessel motors

Known as the Florida Vessel Safety Law

Subject to reasonable rules adopted by the commission, manufacturers of vessels and vessel motors that operate vessel and vessel motor test facilities may be authorized to test such vessels, vessel motors, or combinations thereof, on the waters of the state to ensure that they meet generally accepted boating safety standards.
