Corporate existence

Known as the Florida Coastal Management Act

The act spans §§ 380.012 to 380.515 (68 sections).

The trust and its corporate existence shall continue until terminated by law. Upon termination of the agency, all its rights and properties in excess of its obligations shall pass to and be vested in the state.
