Grant of title to prescriptive medical personal property to client

Known as the Charlie Mack Overstreet Brain or Spinal Cord Injuries Act

Legal title to prescriptive medical personal property purchased by the department for the use or benefit of a particular client of the department may, pursuant to rules adopted by the department, be granted to such client. Such property is not subject to the requirements of chapter 273.
