The Department of Education, the Department of Health, and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation are directed to establish an interagency agreement to oversee the quality and cost efficiency of acquired immune deficiency syndrome education programs being administered in the state pursuant to chapters 381, 456, 943, and 945. The interagency agreement shall also include development, where appropriate, of methods for coordinating educational programs for various professional groups.
