Toilets required by department regulations; charge for use of prohibited

Known as the Charlie Mack Overstreet Brain or Spinal Cord Injuries Act

No place of employment or place serving the public shall make a charge for the use of any toilet which is required to be provided by regulation of the Department of Health. Any place of employment or place serving the public which violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.083.
