Department of Legal Affairs and state attorneys to assist in enforcing law

Known as the Motor Fuel Marketing Practices Act

The act spans §§ 526.01 to 526.313 (32 sections).

The Department of Legal Affairs and each state attorney shall assist in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter upon request of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The actual, reasonable, and necessary expenses of the Department of Legal Affairs and state attorney shall be paid in connection with the performance of additional duties imposed upon them by this chapter out of the General Inspection Trust Fund.
