Duty of licensee to disclose condition of participant

A licensee shall disclose all information in her or his possession concerning any mental or physical disability, injury, illness, or incapacity of a participant in a match, immediately after learning thereof, to the commission, the deputy in charge, the attending physician, or the referee.
