Fla. Stat. § 61.705

In addition to other remedies authorized by general law, if a court finds that a party to a proceeding acts in bad faith or intentionally fails to comply with this part or a court order issued under this part, the court may assess any remedies under this chapter against the party, and order other appropriate relief under general law.
