If any insurer fails to pay to the Department of Revenue on or before March 1 in each and every year any premium taxes required of it under s. 624.509 or s. 624.510, or any state fire marshal regulatory assessment required of it under s. 624.515 or s. 624.517, the office may revoke its certificate of authority.
