“Kinds of insurance” defined

Known as the Florida Nonprofit Multiple-Employer Welfare Arrangement Act

The act spans §§ 624.01 to 624.915 (222 sections).

Insurance shall be classified into the following “kinds of insurance”:

(1) Life.

(2) Health.

(3) Property.

(4) Casualty.

(5) Surety.

(6) Marine.

(7) Title.
