Records of plan

Records shall be kept of all meetings of the board and transactions under which the plan or its representatives carry out the plan’s powers and duties. Records of such meetings or transactions shall be made public upon the termination of a liquidation, rehabilitation, or revocation proceeding involving the insolvent HMO.
