High-deductible contracts for medical savings accounts

Known as the Health Maintenance Organization Act

The act spans §§ 641–641 (94 sections).

Notwithstanding the provisions of this part and part III related to the requirement for providing comprehensive coverage, a health maintenance organization may offer a high-deductible contract to employers that establish medical savings accounts, as defined in s. 220(d) of the Internal Revenue Code.
