Name

Known as the Florida Savings Bank Act

The act spans §§ 667–667 (13 sections).

History.--s. 15, ch. 97-30.

The name of every savings bank shall include the words “savings bank.” The use of the words “National,” “Federal,” “United States,” “insured,” or “guaranteed,” separately or in any combination thereof with other words or syllables, is prohibited as part of the corporate name of a savings bank.
