Guardian’s application of estate funds for support and maintenance of person other than ward

Known as the Veterans’ Guardianship Law

A guardian shall not apply any portion of the estate of her or his ward to the support and maintenance of any person other than her or his ward, except upon order of the court after a hearing, notice of which has been given to the proper office of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as provided in s. 744.625.
