False or fraudulent proof of motor vehicle insurance

Any person who, with intent to deceive any other person, creates, markets, or presents a false or fraudulent proof of motor vehicle insurance commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
