Wearing mask and placing exhibit to intimidate

Known as the Subversive Activities Law

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons while wearing a mask or any device whereby the face is so covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer to place, or to cause to be placed, at, on, or in any place any exhibit of any kind whatsoever.
