Subversive person prohibited from holding office or employment

Known as the Subversive Activities Law

History.--s. 8, ch. 28221, 1953.

No subversive person, as defined in s. 876.22, shall, after conviction, be eligible for employment in, or appointment to, any office or any position of trust or profit in the government of, or in the administration of the business of this state, or of any county, municipality, or other political subdivision of this state.
