Subversive person not to be candidate for election

Known as the Subversive Activities Law

No person shall become a candidate nor shall be certified by any political party as a candidate for election to any public office created by the constitution or laws of this state if she or he has ever been tried and convicted as a subversive person as defined in s. 876.22.
