Intentional injury to or interference with property

Whoever intentionally destroys, impairs, or injures, or interferes or tampers with, real or personal property and such act hinders, delays, or interferes with the preparation of the United States, any country with which the United States shall then maintain friendly relations, or any of the states for defense or for war, or with the prosecution of war by the United States, is guilty of a life felony, punishable as provided in s. 775.082.
