Fla. Stat. § 943.02

Definitions

Known as the Department of Law Enforcement Act

The act spans §§ 943–943 (160 sections).

For the purpose of this chapter:

(1) “Department” means the Department of Law Enforcement.

(2) “Executive director” means the executive director of the Department of Law Enforcement.
