O.C.G.A. § 10-1-223

(Effective January 1, 2026.) Injunctions for violations

Whenever the Commissioner shall find any person willfully marketing the delivery of electricity for use in electric vehicles in violation of the laws of this state, of prescribed specifications of this article, or rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this article, the Commissioner shall be authorized to apply to the superior court having jurisdiction over the offender for an injunction against the continuance of any such violations. The appropriate superior court shall have jurisdiction, upon hearing and for cause shown, to grant such temporary or permanent injunction restraining further violations as the circumstances appear to require.
