O.C.G.A. § 10-1-398.1

Judicial review

L. 1988, p. 1659, § 3; Ga

Any person who has exhausted all administrative remedies available

and who is aggrieved by a final decision in a contested case is entitled to judicial review in accordance with the procedures, standards, and requirements set forth in Code Section 50-13-19.
